Daffodil International University (DIU) has signed MoUs with 10 more universities around the world in a spirit of cooperation in the international academic arena and a commitment to provide modern education to students. The agreements were formally signed at the 17th General Conference of the Association of the Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP) at Jagran Lake City University in Bhopal, India, recently.

On behalf of DIU, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees Dr. Md. Sabur Khan signed the agreement. The agreements were signed with Adamson University, Bataan Peninsula State University, Our Lady of Fatima University and Liceo de Cagayan University in the Philippines; Vikrant University and IES University in India; Mainz University of Applied Sciences in Germany; Washington University of Science and Technology in the United States; Danubius University in Romania; and the University of St. Joseph in Macau in China.

Sabur Khan inspires students of NIMS University in India to become entrepreneurs

Through this agreement, the universities will create opportunities for joint research, new academic innovations, easy university-to-university exchange programs for teachers and students, education through virtual learning platforms, and scholarship opportunities for students.

Dr. Md. Sabur Khan, in his speech at the conference, said that these agreements will help improve the quality of education worldwide and create more educational opportunities for teachers and students.

In Hyderabad, I had productive discussions with the dean, professors, and Vice Chancellor of Maulana Azad National Urdu University about potential joint ventures and met with CEOs of leading IT companies. The journey concluded with a fruitful meeting in Abu Dhabi with Hon. Prof. Dr. Marcin, representing His Highness Sheikh Fayez Bin Mohammed Bin Salem Al Qasimi, a member of the ruling family.
